Any Sessions, Consults or Workshops provided by Connecting Balance are conducted with the highest ethical intention and the utmost duty of care of the client. When purchasing and attending a session you acknowledge that the information provided is in your best interest however this does not override the instruction of a medical doctor. Connecting Balance obtains all rights to decline your session if they feel it is in your best interest. Under circumstances Connecting Balance recommends you seek professional medical advice from your doctor if you have any concerns about your health and well-being. Connecting Balance is a modality of Kinesiology and although has some qualifications, is not a medically trained doctor. We encourage you to seek medical advice and other professional opinions at all times.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

After a session, a refund will not be applicable and full payment is required. Cases in which a refund is applicable are if you arrive at your session and the practitioner decides you are either too unwell, at risk of harming the practitioner or could potentially spread illness or disease.

A 24 hours window is needed for cancellation purposes. You will be offered to reschedule your appointment, if declined any deposits or payments or will not be refunded or you may be charged a cancellation fee to the amount of 100% of the session fee.
